Dropship 1688 products from your Shopify or WooCommerce store
How it works
- Connect your store
Shopify through app authorization, WooCommerce through your store's own approval page. JTLGO only gets the access it needs for products and orders.
- Import a 1688 product
Paste a 1688 link or offer ID and pick the destination. Every variant shows its landed cost and breakdown. Products with a minimum order above one cannot be dropshipped.
- Publish as a draft
Your price is the landed cost plus your markup. SKUs start with JTL-. Review the product in your store before you make it live.
- Your customer pays
Shopify orders arrive through the fulfillment service, WooCommerce orders through order notifications. Only the JTL- item lines are sent to JTLGO.
- We buy, pack and ship
JTLGO orders from the 1688 seller, packs and weighs the goods at our China warehouse, and ships them on a duties-paid small-parcel line.
- Tracking goes back
When the parcel leaves, the carrier and tracking number are written back to your store, which notifies your customer.
What the landed cost includes
The seller's delivery to our warehouse, charged once per seller per order.
By destination line and actual weight plus packaging, customs clearance included.
USD 1.00 per parcel.
None. Dropship orders carry no 10% purchasing fee.
Quotes use actual weight. After packing, shipping is recalculated on the real parcel: an overpayment is refunded as account credit, a shortfall is paid before the parcel ships. Prices are held for 7 days and then refreshed daily from 1688; you get an email when a cost rises or a variant sells out.
Where orders can ship
| Destination | Line | Max weight | Transit after dispatch |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | Duties-paid small parcel | 5 kg | 10–15 business days |
| United Kingdom | Royal Mail duties-paid small parcel | 5 kg | 8–12 days |
| Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal | Europe air duties-paid small parcel | 5 kg | 8–12 days |
| Canada | Duties-paid small parcel | 3 kg | 12–15 days |
Import a product once for each country you ship to; orders to a country you have not imported are returned with the reason. Selling to the UK or the EU? You may need to charge VAT to your buyers (UK VAT or EU IOSS); the landed cost does not include it. Check with your tax adviser.
Shopify and WooCommerce
Orders are handled by the JTLGO Dropshipping fulfillment service: paid fulfillment requests come to JTLGO automatically and are accepted, or declined with the reason. If a customer cancels, an unpaid JTLGO order is cancelled automatically; a paid one is declined and we contact you about it.
Approve the connection in your store admin; no plugin is required (the WordPress plugin shows the connection state). Orders are sent when they become Processing and the result is added as an order note. Cancelling or refunding an order cancels an unpaid JTLGO order. Stores selling in USD, EUR, GBP or JPY are supported; prices are converted at the rate of the moment you publish.
What cannot be dropshipped
Prohibited, counterfeit or IP-infringing goods: checked on import, and products judged unsellable cannot be published. You can ask for a manual review.
1688 products with a minimum order above one: the seller does not sell single units.
Parcels over the line limit (5 kg for the US, UK and EU, 3 kg for Canada).
Variants without a weight: when neither the seller nor JTLGO has one, you enter it first and the difference is settled after weighing.
1688 dropshipping FAQ
Is there a service fee?
No percentage service fee. You pay the landed cost: goods, China delivery and duties-paid international shipping, plus USD 1.00 handling per parcel.
What if the weight is off?
Quotes use actual weight. After packing, shipping is recalculated on the real parcel: overpayments are refunded as account credit and shortfalls are paid before the parcel ships.
What if a 1688 price rises or an item sells out?
Prices are held for 7 days and refreshed daily after that. You get an email when a cost rises, a variant sells out or a product is delisted; new store orders are charged at the new cost, and orders for delisted products are returned with the reason.
Can I start now?
Store connections are opening to pilot stores first, and during the pilot JTLGO confirms payment for each order with you before buying. You can already import products in your account to see landed costs.
Will my customer see JTLGO?
Tracking is sent to your customer by your store. On WooCommerce, the note your customer sees contains only the carrier and tracking number, without mentioning JTLGO.
