Final freight uses measured actual weight, volumetric weight, carton data, destination, address type and cargo attributes after warehouse processing. Seller estimates are only references.
Manual review triggers
- Parcels come from several suppliers with inconsistent SKU, quantity, tracking or arrival timing
- Cargo contains batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, cosmetics, food, branded-sensitive, fragile, auto-parts, machinery or oversized goods
- Target carton sizes, splitting, merging, relabeling, pallets, wood crating, reinforced packing, FBA prep or long-term storage is needed
- Destination is Amazon FBA, a commercial warehouse, trade show address, remote postal code or requires DDP/manual route confirmation
- Buyer needs detailed inspection, functional testing, supplier review or third-party inspection
Compliance and service boundary
- Basic QC photos are visible checks, not functional testing, laboratory testing, third-party inspection or supplier audits.
- Consolidation, standard repacking, DDP or low service fee does not remove customs rules. Item name, quantity, value, brand/IP status and destination requirements still need accurate confirmation.
- Restricted cargo should be reviewed before payment, consolidation and shipping. Do not submit restricted cargo as normal cargo or omit brand, material, volume or battery details.

Does warehouse consolidation include buying service?
If JTLGO also handles buying, the purchasing service fee is USD 10 for product value up to USD 500 and 3% above USD 500. Warehouse-only consolidation is confirmed by actual scope.
What does up to 30 days of free storage mean?
The standard workflow can include up to 30 days of storage for waiting parcels, basic QC, consolidation and shipping preparation. Longer storage is confirmed separately.
Can basic QC photos replace inspection?
No. Basic QC normally covers outer package photos, front product photos and visible variant/color/quantity checks. Functional testing, complex inspection or third-party inspection must be confirmed separately.
Can I use warehouse consolidation if I already bought on Taobao or 1688 myself?
Yes. Send the seller list, China tracking numbers, parcel count, destination, and any consolidation instructions so the warehouse workflow can be screened before export.
When can final international freight be confirmed?
Usually after parcels arrive, consolidation or repacking is completed, and actual weight and carton dimensions are measured. Before intake, JTLGO can only provide route screening or a working estimate.
