What information should I send before ordering?
Send product links or photos, quantity per SKU, size/color/variant notes, seller remarks, destination country, deadline, and whether you need QC photos, repacking, consolidation, DDP, or FBA prep.
Can JTLGO confirm size, color, variant, and stock?
Yes. JTLGO can help ask the seller about visible order details before purchase. Final availability still depends on seller confirmation and payment timing.
Fees & Payment
What is the purchasing service fee?
Product value up to USD 500: USD 10 service fee. Product value above USD 500: 3% of product value. International shipping and optional handling are quoted separately.
What is included in the USD 10 / 3% fee?
Supplier communication, purchasing, basic QC photos and videos, consolidation, standard repacking, and up to 30 days of warehouse storage are included at no extra cost.
What is not included?
Product cost, China domestic shipping, international shipping, duties and taxes, oversized cargo handling, special export packaging, FBA prep, extra QC, and long-term storage are quoted separately when needed.
Warehouse & QC
What happens after goods arrive at the warehouse?
The warehouse receives the parcel, records package data, can provide basic QC photos, and prepares eligible goods for consolidation or outbound shipping review.
Are QC photos included?
Basic QC photos and videos are included. Detailed inspection, measurement, function testing, or special report requests may require an additional service quote.
Can JTLGO consolidate multiple orders?
Yes. Eligible parcels from multiple suppliers can be consolidated after warehouse receiving. Some restricted, oversized, fragile, or incompatible cargo may require separate handling.
Shipping & DDP
How does Rate & Ship work?
Use packed weight, carton dimensions, destination, and cargo type to screen possible routes. Final freight is confirmed after warehouse measurement and route availability review.
Why is the calculator only an estimate?
Carriers may charge by actual weight, volume weight, destination zone, cargo attribute, and route availability. Warehouse measurement and manual review are needed for final pricing.
What does DDP usually include?
DDP routes usually include international freight and import delivery handling for eligible cargo. Customs rules still apply, and accurate declarations remain required.
Restricted Goods
Can JTLGO ship batteries, liquids, cosmetics, or branded goods?
Some items may be possible only through limited routes after manual review. Item type, volume, packaging, brand/IP risk, and destination rules must be confirmed before shipment.
Why do some goods require manual route review?
Restricted cargo can affect carrier acceptance, export handling, customs review, packaging, insurance, and final-mile delivery. Do not hide or misdeclare restricted goods.
What does accurate declaration mean?
Product name, quantity, value, material, usage, and cargo attributes must be described truthfully. DDP or consolidation does not remove customs requirements.

Why is my tracking blank?
Carrier data can take 24-48 hours to sync after warehouse handoff or label creation. If it stays blank, send the tracking ID and order reference to support.
What should I do if there is a customs or address issue?
Contact support with the tracking ID, destination country, receiver details, and latest event. JTLGO can help check whether more information is needed.

Most JTLGO orders start with 3 inputs: product link, destination country, and packed weight or carton size. Small parcels usually screen through air or express first; multi-supplier, FBA, battery, liquid, oversized, or deadline-sensitive shipments should move to manual review before payment.
Estimating shipping cost
Use final carton data when possible. A 10 kg shipment can price higher if the carton volume creates a larger chargeable weight.
Tracking and exceptions
Use the tracking page for normal parcel updates. If events stop or the carrier data is unclear, share the order number and last visible event with support.
