This notice explains how information is handled when you use jtlgo.com or request services marketed under the JTLGO brand.

Identity and data-responsibility disclosure

JTLGO is the public-facing website and service brand, and JTL Global Logistics is a display name used on this website. Neither name is presented here as a registered legal name. The registered legal name, registration number, and registration document of the legal person responsible for a particular inquiry or transaction have not yet been published on this website. The brand and display name therefore do not, by themselves, identify or verify a particular data controller.

References to "we", "us", "our", or "JTL" elsewhere in this notice describe the website and service operation. Where a legal obligation is involved, those references mean the legal person responsible for the relevant inquiry or transaction, not the brand itself.

To request the responsible legal person, data-controller role, processor or service-provider role, processing location, or other transaction-specific privacy information, use the Contact by email route with the subject Data responsibility request. Include the page used and any inquiry or order reference, but do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or identity documents in the initial message. If the information you require is not provided, do not submit additional sensitive information or continue the affected transaction.

Website inquiry forms submit directly to the service API at api.jtlgo.com. Inquiry records are stored in an access-controlled service database and may be delivered to the support team through configured email infrastructure, including SendGrid or SMTP fallback. Web3Forms is not used for these forms. This technical routing does not, by itself, identify the legal person acting as controller or processor for a particular transaction.

5A. Хранение партнёрской атрибуции

Когда вы открываете действительную партнёрскую ссылку JTLGO, мы можем сохранить запись партнёрской атрибуции на срок до 30 дней в local storage, файле cookie первой стороны и соответствующих заголовках сервисных запросов. Сохраняемые поля ограничены идентификатором или кодом партнёра, каналом, кампанией (если указана), анонимным ID сессии sourcing, подписанным токеном атрибуции и сроком его действия.

Мы используем эту запись только для того, чтобы связать первый действительный партнёрский контакт с вашей сессией sourcing, входом в систему, регистрацией и соответствующими условиям заказами. Мы не используем цифровые отпечатки устройств и не создаём партнёрскую атрибуцию на основе сочетания IP-адреса и user-agent.

Если действительная и не истёкшая запись атрибуции уже существует, последующие партнёрские ссылки её не заменяют. Ограничение в 30 дней действует только до привязки аккаунта. После входа или создания аккаунта назначенный партнёр остаётся связанным с будущими соответствующими условиям заказами, если уполномоченный администратор не внесёт исправление с записью в журнал аудита.

5B. Uploaded Screenshots, AI Reading and the Chrome Extension

You can attach screenshots to an inquiry, a sourcing-list line or a pay-for-me request. A Pinduoduo order screen can show a recipient name, phone number, delivery address and the amount due. Attach only what the request needs and hide anything else before you upload.

To suggest the amount, delivery address and items shown in a screenshot, our service sends the image to an AI model provider that processes it on our behalf. The reading is only a suggestion shown to you and to our staff; staff check it against the original before any quote or payment.

Screenshots are stored with the related request or order and are subject to the retention rules in Section 7. Screenshots added on the pay-for-me page or in the sourcing list are stored at unlisted web addresses that are hard to guess. You can remove a screenshot on the page before you submit, and you can ask us to delete stored screenshots through a privacy rights request.

The optional "JTLGO for Pinduoduo" Chrome extension acts only when you click its icon on a Pinduoduo page. It reads the address and title of that tab and, if you leave "Include a screenshot of this page" ticked, captures the visible part of the tab. The capture is held in the browser's temporary session storage for up to 10 minutes and is handed once to the jtlgo.com page the extension opens, where you can see it and remove it before sending; after that it is handled as an uploaded screenshot, as described above. The extension does not read or change any website in the background (its only content script runs on jtlgo.com, to hand over the capture), does not track your browsing, and uses no analytics or remote code. It is not affiliated with Pinduoduo.

To permanently remove a JTLGO account created on the website or mobile app, use the self-service account deletion page. Authentication and explicit confirmation are required. Accounts with an active order cannot be deleted until the order is delivered or cancelled.

Send a rights request through the Contact by email route with the subject Privacy rights request. The request will be routed to the responsible legal person, and the response should identify the applicable controller or processor role. Rights and response periods depend on the law applicable to that responsible person and your request.

7. Хранение данных

After account deletion, login credentials, profile details, saved conversations, personal knowledge data, and notification state are removed or anonymized. Order, payment, and invoice records may remain for the retention period above when required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations.
