These terms describe use of jtlgo.com and services marketed under the JTLGO brand. They do not state that a brand or display name is a registered legal person. A paid transaction is also governed by the quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or payment instruction that identifies the applicable contracting party.

Operator and contracting-party disclosure

JTLGO is the public service brand and JTL Global Logistics is its display name on this website. Neither is presented as a registered legal name. The registered legal name, registration number, and registration document are not yet published here. The current entity verification record therefore confirms only the published brand, domain, operating contacts, and service scope; it does not verify a registered contracting party.

References to "JTL", "we", "us", or "our" elsewhere in these terms are service-workflow shorthand. When a right, duty, liability, payment, or dispute requires a legal person, the reference means the contracting party identified in the applicable transaction documents, not the brand or display name by itself.

The operating address is published as a contact and operating location, not as a registered office or proof of incorporation. Before paying, request the contracting party's registered name and relevant transaction details using the subject Contracting party information request, then compare the response with the quotation, invoice, and payment beneficiary. Do not make payment if the identity information is missing or inconsistent.

1. Услуги

Услуги marketed through the JTLGO brand may include the following. The legal provider for a paid service is the contracting party identified in the applicable transaction documents:

  • B2C услуги закупочного агента (Taobao, 1688, Pinduoduo, JD.com)
  • B2B оптовый sourcing и фабричные закупки
  • Складское хранение и консолидация заказов
  • Проверка посылок и контроль качества

2. Ответственность аккаунта

Вы отвечаете за сохранение конфиденциальности учетных данных и за все действия в вашем аккаунте. При создании аккаунта или размещении заказов вы обязуетесь предоставлять точную и полную информацию.

3. Процесс заказа

Когда вы оформляете заказ через наш сервис:

  • Вы разрешаете нам покупать товары от вашего имени на китайских e-commerce платформах
  • Цены являются ориентировочными и могут меняться из-за колебаний курса
  • Финальная стоимость доставки определяется фактическим весом и габаритами
  • Заказы обрабатываются после подтверждения оплаты

4. Цены и оплата

Все цены указываются в валюте, выбранной при оплате. Наши сборы включают:

  • Стоимость товара — фактическая цена на исходной платформе
  • Сервисный сбор — плата за закупку и обработку
  • Стоимость доставки — зависит от веса, габаритов и направления
  • Дополнительные сборы — пошлины, налоги (если применимо, оплачиваются клиентом)

5. Доставка

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, weather, carrier issues, or other external events. Any responsibility for delay is determined by applicable law and the agreement with the contracting party identified in the transaction documents; no limitation is attributed to the JTLGO brand itself.

6. Запрещенные товары

Запрещено отправлять незаконные, опасные или ограниченные товары по законам Китая или страны назначения. Это включает, но не ограничивается:

  • Незаконные наркотики и контролируемые вещества
  • Поддельные товары
  • Опасные материалы
  • Товары, ограниченные таможенными правилами

7. Ограничения ответственности

Subject to applicable law and the transaction-specific agreement, the identified contracting party may limit responsibility for:

  • Проблемы качества товаров от сторонних продавцов (хотя мы предлагаем инспекцию)
  • Таможенное изъятие или задержки
  • Убытки из-за неверных данных доставки, предоставленных клиентом
  • Форс-мажорные события (стихийные бедствия, пандемии и т. д.)

Any liability cap must come from the agreement with the identified contracting party and remains subject to mandatory law. This website does not establish a liability cap in favor of a brand or display name that is not itself an identified legal person.

8. Интеллектуальная собственность

Website content, graphics, logos, and software may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Rights remain with the applicable owner or licensor. Use of the JTLGO brand or JTL Global Logistics display name does not, by itself, identify that legal rights holder.

9. Прекращение обслуживания

The website service operator or the identified contracting party may suspend access or decline a transaction for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or prohibited items, subject to applicable law and the transaction-specific agreement.

10. Применимое право

The governing law and dispute forum for a paid transaction are those stated in the agreement with the identified contracting party, subject to mandatory law. The JTLGO brand, the JTL Global Logistics display name, and the published operating address do not by themselves establish a governing law, arbitration agreement, or forum.

11. Изменения условий

The website team may update these terms and publish a revised date. Changes do not replace the identity, payment, liability, governing-law, or dispute provisions in an existing transaction agreement unless the identified parties validly agree otherwise.
