How to use JTLGO: your first order from link to delivery
Start your first JTLGO order with a precise buying request, not a payment. Send the product link, selected variant and quantity, confirm the purchase quote, and review the goods after they reach the China warehouse. Shipping is confirmed from the cargo and packing information; a seller's estimate is not the final freight bill.
Published pending human review of service details and native-language copy. Confirm service terms with JTLGO before ordering.

This guide reflects public pages and the current website source checked on 2026-10-09. Account screens require sign-in, so the steps below are a supported workflow rather than a completed test purchase.
1. Prepare a request that can be quoted
Save the original listing and identify color, size, material, model and packaging. A product photo may show several options, while the displayed price may apply only to one option or quantity tier. Write the specification in words as well as keeping a screenshot. Include your destination country and postal code, intended use and required arrival date. Disclose batteries, liquids, magnets, branded goods and other cargo concerns before buying.
A usable request reads: “Product link: [seller URL]. Black, 500 ml, 24 units. Keep individual retail boxes. Please confirm stock, total product cost, China delivery cost and inspection scope before purchase.” This is an illustrative request, not a live order.
2. Choose the appropriate entry page
Use sourcing for a product link or a buying brief. If you already have several exact 1688 links, the bulk cart can organize up to 20 links per batch. Confirm the selected SKU before adding an item; send uncertain products to support. A photo alone is a reference for supplier matching, not proof that two products are identical.
Direct search covers Taobao, 1688, JD and Xianyu according to the platform guide. Other platform links can be submitted for manual review. Search availability does not mean every product is available for export.
Request version → purchase → dispatch
First-order approval record
Scroll sideways or use the arrow keys to see all columns.
| Gate | Record | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase | SKU, count unit, quote version | Approve or ask for revision |
| Warehouse | Received/missing/disputed counts | Resolve before packing |
| Dispatch | Packed cargo, address, final scope | Approve only confirmed plan |
3. Check the quote before paying
Ask which amounts are confirmed and which remain estimates. Keep these lines separate: products, China domestic delivery, purchasing service, warehouse work, packing materials, international freight, and destination duties or taxes.
As listed on the pricing page on 2026-10-09, the purchasing service fee is 10% of product value with a minimum fee of USD 10; product value itself has no minimum. A hypothetical USD 80 purchase therefore has a USD 10 service fee, while USD 200 gives USD 20. Neither example includes freight or taxes. Physical consolidation and packing materials can be charged separately. The written quote controls your order.
4. Review warehouse evidence before shipment
The Buyer Desk navigation includes Orders, Warehouse, Parcels, Rehearsals and Messages; names can differ by language. Use the records available for your order and keep the order ID with any support request. Check received quantities, variant labels, visible damage and requested photos. Basic QC photos show visible condition; they do not certify function, authenticity or compliance, and they do not rule out hidden defects. Agree any detailed inspection before relying on it.
If the wrong variant arrives, explain the discrepancy with the listing, specification and photo reference. Ask support to resolve it before authorizing packing and dispatch. Do not assume goods are automatically returned or refunded.
When the first order changes
Changes that need a new decision
Scroll sideways or use the arrow keys to see all columns.
| Change | Next question |
|---|---|
| New price | Which line and quote version changed? |
| Partial arrival | Wait or split, at what total cost? |
| Different SKU | Is the replacement acceptable in writing? |
5. Confirm packing, freight and delivery
For warehouse and freight handoff, use the freight order workspace. Confirm parcel count, packed dimensions, actual weight, cargo type and shipping address. Ask what the route price covers and whether duties, remote delivery or special handling are excluded. Packing can change chargeable weight and the final price.
Keep the dispatch reference, invoice, carton labels and tracking link. When tracking stalls, send the order ID, tracking number and last event to support rather than creating a duplicate shipment.
Before you approve the first order
- The URL, variant and quantity agree with the quote.
- Stock, purchase terms and any inspection request are confirmed.
- Destination and cargo restrictions have been reviewed.
- You understand which freight and tax amounts remain unconfirmed.
- A warehouse issue can be raised before dispatch.
Start with one well-specified request. It is easier to correct an unclear SKU before purchasing than after a packed carton has left China.
Keep a first-order decision record
Use one record from request to dispatch. Copy: order reference [ ]; URL/SKU [ ]; quantity and unit [ ]; quote version/date [ ]; destination [ ]; special cargo [ ]; unresolved item [ ]; next approval [ ]. Save a dated listing because sellers can edit variants and prices. A cart entry is not permission to accept a substitution.
If stock or price changes, request a revised line before approving purchase. If only part arrives, identify received, missing and disputed units separately; ask whether waiting adds storage and whether split dispatch changes freight. If the delivery deadline no longer works, seek cancellation or another plan under the confirmed terms, without assuming a refund.
Approval message
Copy: “Approve purchase only for the listed SKU and quoted version. Hold dispatch until quantity, variant and packaging evidence is reviewed. Any substitution, added charge or split shipment needs my written approval.” This is an editorial template, not a completed order.
