JTLGO multi-item sourcing: build a SKU list and review the quote
Give each purchasable variant its own row in a multi-item China sourcing request. A list of links is only the starting point: the buyer still needs to confirm which SKU, how many units, what packaging and which substitutions are acceptable. Keeping those details together lets the supplier quote the same requirement you intend to buy.

Build the list before opening the cart
Use one row per link-and-variant combination. If one listing supplies two colors, create two rows. Give each row a reference that will also appear in your quote review and warehouse messages. Avoid “same as picture”: a photo might show an optional accessory or a different material.
Scroll sideways or use the arrow keys to see all columns.
| Reference | Listing | Exact specification | Quantity | Packaging |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A01 | Seller link A | Black, 500 ml, no logo | 24 | Individual box |
| A02 | Seller link A | Blue, 500 ml, no logo | 12 | Individual box |
| B01 | Seller link B | Clear, 20 × 15 cm, pack of 10 | 6 packs | Keep pack labels |
This is a hypothetical buying list, not a current product offer. B01 means 6 packs and therefore 60 pieces; write both counts. Confirm whether the seller's price is per piece, pack, pair or carton. Otherwise two quotes can look comparable while covering different quantities.
Add destination country, postal code, delivery deadline and any battery, liquid, branded-product or oversized-cargo notes at list level. Mark an arrival date as a requirement to check, not a promised transit time.
Import exact links, then resolve uncertain records
For 1688 listings, open the bulk link cart, paste one exact product URL per line and process the batch. The source specifies up to 20 links per batch; split larger lists into manageable groups and keep the same row references. The tool groups records that are ready to save, need option choice or failed to read. A displayed price range needs SKU and quantity confirmation before it becomes a usable quotation.
Select the required variant and review the saved cart against your list. If a listing does not load, send the original URL and row reference to support through the sourcing workflow. A photo can support manual matching; visually similar products still need material, size, seller and price checks. Do not treat a failed import as a confirmed unavailable product, or a match as the identical SKU.
The page says items are saved in the current browser and asks buyers to sign in before checkout. Local saving is not purchase approval, supplier stock reservation or payment. Keep an independent copy of your list.
Decision worksheet
Decision, evidence and next action
Scroll sideways or use the arrow keys to see all columns.
| Decision | Evidence | Action |
|---|---|---|
| A01 | 24 ordered / 23 received | Investigate 1 missing |
| A02 | 12 ordered / 12 received | Review for release |
| B01 | 6 packs / 5 received | Investigate 1 pack/10 pieces |
Compare the quote row by row
Ask support to retain A01, A02 and B01 in the quotation or provide a clear mapping. Check each row for stock, variant, pricing unit, ordered count and amount. Then check China domestic shipping by supplier, the purchasing service fee, warehouse work, materials and the international freight estimate. A shared listing does not always mean one shipment or one domestic delivery fee.
Write replacement rules explicitly: “No different size or color without my written approval.” If alternatives are acceptable, say which specifications must stay unchanged. A lower-price replacement can change dimensions, packing, compliance or later shipping eligibility.
A useful confirmation message is: “Please confirm rows A01–B01 against the attached specifications. Quote B01 as 6 packs/60 pieces. Identify unavailable SKUs separately. Do not substitute without approval. Show confirmed charges separately from estimated freight.”
Carry the references into the warehouse
When parcels arrive, check quantities and visible variant labels against the same rows. Request the photos needed to distinguish similar items. Basic QC photos do not verify function, authenticity or compliance and do not rule out hidden defects; arrange any detailed checks separately.
Before freight handoff, reconcile received, missing and disputed rows. Decide which goods may ship together, which need protective packaging and whether waiting for a delayed item creates storage cost. Do not approve the whole list while an unresolved item is hidden inside a total.
Control before approval
Items that must be resolved before release

| Counting unit | Piece, pack, pair or carton |
| Partial release | Named rows and quantities |
| Quote revision | Version, changed line and approval |
Final list audit
- Every row identifies one variant and its counting unit.
- Pack counts and piece counts agree mathematically.
- Missing records, price ranges and substitutions are resolved.
- Domestic delivery and warehouse charges remain separate.
- The received list matches the approved list before dispatch.
Use the pricing page alongside the quote. The fastest request is the one that leaves the fewest specifications for someone else to guess.
Reconcile the units before approving the total
Extend the buying list with ordered, received, missing, disputed and approved-to-ship columns. In this assumed example, A01 has 24 ordered and 23 received: 1 is missing. A02 has 12 ordered and 12 received. B01 has 6 packs of 10 ordered but 5 packs received: 1 pack/10 pieces is missing, not 1 piece. Count records need an agreed scope; a photo may not expose every unit. Do not offset a missing item with an extra different SKU.
Copy: “Hold A01’s missing 1 unit and B01’s missing 1 pack/10 pieces for investigation. Confirm whether complete A02 may ship separately, with revised packing and total freight. No replacement or cancellation without written approval.” If one supplier splits parcels, retain the original supplier reference plus a parcel suffix; do not create a new purchase row that duplicates the quantity.
