What is included in the JTLGO Shopping service?
Supplier communication, purchasing, basic QC photos, consolidation, standard repacking and up to 7 days of warehouse storage are included in the purchasing service fee.
How is the purchasing service fee calculated?
The purchasing service fee is 5% of product value, with a minimum of USD 10 per order. For product value above USD 10,000, contact a specialist for a volume discount. International shipping and optional handling are quoted separately.
When should I use Sourcing instead of Shopping?
Use Sourcing when you do not have a supplier or product link yet, or when you need supplier comparison, MOQ checks, packaging review or a custom factory request before purchase.
