We arrange delivery to your hotel in mainland China. Share the Chinese address and stay dates, and check with the hotel that it can accept a delivery for you.
How it works

Send product links or photos, sizes, colors, quantities and travel dates. Tell us the receiving city and whether you prefer pickup or hotel delivery.
Confirm the order and make an advance payment
We confirm the order, quote and proposed handover with you. The advance-payment amount is agreed in your order before purchasing starts.
We purchase and receive the goods
After the advance payment, we place the agreed orders and receive the seller deliveries.
Review photos of every item
On arrival, we photograph each item and send the photos for your confirmation. We wait for your approval before packing.
Review the packed-suitcase photos
We pack confirmed goods into the agreed large-capacity suitcases and send photos of the packed result. You confirm the packing before we arrange the handover.
Collect your suitcases or receive them at your hotel
After packing confirmation, collect them at the agreed place and time or receive the domestic delivery at your hotel.

How pricing works
Your quote separates the products, seller delivery within China, purchasing service fee, suitcase and packing costs, and hotel delivery if selected.
Our standard purchasing service fee is 10% of product value, with a minimum fee of USD 10. There is no minimum product value. Suitcase, packing and delivery costs are confirmed for your order before we proceed. See purchasing fees
You can provide large-capacity suitcases or ask us to buy them. We confirm the number of cases, dimensions and packed weight target for each, along with any original boxes you want to keep. Check your airline allowance when setting the targets.

Submit your procurement order two weeks before departure. We confirm the advance payment and schedule with you. For hotel delivery, we also check the guest name, receiving contact and the hotel’s willingness to accept the shipment.
Common questions
When should I submit my order?
Send your procurement order two weeks before departure. After order confirmation and the agreed advance payment, we start buying. The handover schedule is confirmed against stock and seller dispatch timing.
Can you send everything to my hotel?
Yes, we can arrange delivery to a mainland-China hotel that accepts guest parcels. We confirm the address, contact details and receiving window with you before dispatch.
Can I pick up several packed suitcases?
Yes. We arrange the number of cases around your shopping volume. Agree the pickup place and time with our team, and wait for our ready-to-collect confirmation before coming.
Are the suitcases and delivery included in the purchasing fee?
They are quoted separately for your order. Tell us if you already have cases; if you want us to buy them, we confirm the quantity, price and specifications with you.
Which photos do I confirm?
First, you confirm photos of every item after arrival. We then pack the approved goods and send packed-suitcase photos for a second confirmation. Photos show visible condition and selected specifications; authentication or functional testing is a separate request.
What should I check before flying home?
Check your airline’s baggage allowance and battery rules, along with your destination’s import requirements. Spare batteries and power banks belong in hand baggage under IATA guidance; your airline may set stricter limits.
